Kevin Street PRS is a mixed use scheme of over 53,000 sqft of commercial space and two 14 storey residential blocks with 20,000 sqft of amenity space off Camden street in Dublin 2. Our brief on this large project has been to work alongside the shell and core architects Henry J Lyons on the resi blocks planning and designing the layouts and fit out of over 300 apartments and the amenity space comprising reception areas, work from home facilities, a gym, shared hospitality spaces, a cafe and various other ancillary tenant areas.
We have internally planned over 35 variations of apartment variations of studio, one and two beds and specified everything from the finishes, joinery and lighting to the furniture packs.
In the amenity spaces, we internally laid out the different areas in a shell and core space across the two buildings-coming up with the look and feel for the scheme in terms of its finishes and design and working closely alongside the branding and marketing agencies. The scheme is currently out at tender and the next stage will be implementing the full packages across the scheme in both the amenity and the residential areas.
